Powers

Major powers, or Megas, can hold and defend territory. Their settlements, industrial enclaves, ships, and waystations support populations under their own political arrangements. A large customer base or influence across the Solar System does not by itself make an organization a Mega.

Specialist powers supply capabilities within and across those territories. Political movements and the networks connecting them are indexed under Movements.

Shared Institutions

• Pan-Solar Consortium — the Megas’ shared arbitration and clearing authority. Its recognized decisions and neutral facilities serve multiple territories; it is not a territorial Mega.
