Movements
Political movements in late Sol organize people around changes that established authorities will not make on their own. They bring together communities, professions, species blocs, and people seeking a higher social position. Their goals differ: some seek liberation, some want a place within the existing hierarchy, and others want to exclude more beings or restore an older, supposedly purer form of domination.
The movements below respond to conflicts over who counts as a person, who profits from the work of another mind, and who can obtain or alter a body. Recognition as a person can come with conditions. Mental labor can be exploited. The bodies available to someone can depend on market tiers and regulation. These entries trace what different groups try to change—or defend—under those conditions.
