Before it became Framgång, the company was Tactical Solutions International, a middling security and resilience contractor that sold premiumized calm to executives and crowd-control packages to employers. Its founder Viktor Lindgren learned early that frightened customers would pay more for emotional vocabulary than for honest material guarantees.

The rebrand did not mark a moral conversion. It marked a better margin. Tactical Solutions discovered that spiritual language, biometric coaching, and aspirational lifestyle goods could do much of the political work that brute security once handled more visibly. Late Framgång remained a coercive apparatus. It simply learned to smile while billing for the privilege.
