Post-Elysium begins after the discontinuity that severs the old solar order from the world it thought it was building. Reality grows stranger here, but not cleaner. New substrates, altered ontologies, and apparently miraculous technologies do not abolish older political habits. They give those habits new surfaces to operate on.
