Oracular Computing
Oracular computing couples conventional computation to the predictive effects of Temporal Nonlinearity. A trained Esper, purpose-grown AGI Esper, or bound spirit in Necrotech evaluates likely outcomes and returns weighted forecasts.
An oracle can forecast only observable outcomes reachable from current evidence. It cannot reveal an unobserved deterministic fact, complete arbitrary computation, or replace missing observations. Oracles rank routes, market positions, military contingencies, and experiments; reliability falls with forecast horizon, branching complexity, interference, and reflexive decisions made from the forecast itself. Results still require interpretation and later verification, while rival oracles can alter the conditions each predicts.
